last years champs, UNC were hardly jacking up 3s all game... The teams that jack 3s all game actually are the ones who go home, b/c one cold game, you go home...

i agree with that. too much volatility in the long shots. go cold and your team is dead in the water. give me a team with some monsters inside and let the 3-ball be a complement to their games. having a good game from outside the arc is nice, but it can be risky if you are dependent on it. its harder to go cold when you are taking the ball inside and dunking the **** out of it..
UNC did not jack up 3's because they did not have to. Coach Williams emphasized the inside game. However, if they needed to shoot threes they were very efficient. When LSU has to shoot 3's, they are not very efficient. EDITED to say I still believe we can go deep in the tourny with our frontcourt.
halftime the team came onto the court, and Les thanked all the fans and such.. He really was very proud of his guys...

Yeah, it moves around a bit now... but I believe Atlanta still hosts it most of the time. Tampa and New Orleans are scheduled to host within the next 5-10 years too.
