I read speculation that maybe Frank Gore could be somewhere else in 2011. I would support Reggie and a 4th round pick for Gore. With Troy Smith and that receiving core that team screams West Coast offense, and not at all b/c it's the 49ers. I'm talking personel here. Reggie, if he can stay on the field, could be a huge weapon for them. Gore, PT and Ivory(again, if we can stay healthy) and our running game could be FAR better than even 2009's running game was.

Reggie Bush just tweeted, "It's been fun New Orleans" with a little hand throwing a peace sign.

Oh well, never was a Bush fan and IMO the Saints kept him waaaay too long. He never earned his salary, but was a weapon when healthy. I would have liked to see him take a huge pay cut and repay the organization by living up to some of his potential. Maybe he could line up at OLB on passing downs and rush the QB.

just think of the arc he would take to avoid the tackle.

He is world class at avoiding contact, no way an OL or RB gets a hand on him. Only question is would he man up and hit the QB? After all you know how tough and physical QBs are.

If he gets picked up by the 9ers, he would pack his belongings and drive his U-Haul to I-10 from NOLA to Myrtle Beach, over to Birmingham to Martha's Vinyard back to New Orleans. Then he'd get Chris Ivory to take his stuff straight to San Fran.

Bush was gone way before the Ingram pick.
