    Huey knew it.

    Gratis, indeed to LSU.

A hard fought game, worthy of its billing.

Congrats to Bama on a fantastic year. Hope the Bama Nation appreciates their team and their coaches. All will be redemed with a win at Auburn.

Not really, but at least it was a better season than we first thought. RTR!

I honestly would not have been 'upset' if we had lost tonight, it was such a close game and hard fought by both sides. Tremendous effort by two teams with a will to win, and it was a very entertaining game to watch. Bamas defense was everything I expected it to be and more.

    Tiders..maybe you know this:

Has any other offense driven the ball 80yds for a TD against your D this season? I mean no 'home run' plays, but a solid sustained 80+ yd drive for a TD? thx

Huey says mabe not ALL, but close.

It was never to be for the national championship at UA in 05.

Despite AU's unbeaten record last year, the iron bowl is the bottom line in Alabama.

I don't think so. That is an accomplishment for LSU. All in all, I am so mad that LSU lost to the Vols. I really wanted the SEC to win or at least be in the running for a national title. Now we are regulated to a sub class conference. Just the way it goes. Again, grats on your win!

PS - Thanks a lot SEC Teams, now I have to listen to my wife, born and raised in Texas, brag about the crappy Texas team. No lovin for me until college football is over. /sigh.

I think these two teams were well-matched. Trust me, we know disappointment, too, and Bama has nothing to be ashamed of.

That friggin' loss to Tennessee is looming very large right now.

This loss was so hurtful I turned off the Auburn/Georgia game. Bama's season is over except for the crappy bowl game we get.

Not true. Win out and Bama will get a good bowl game - maybe Cap. One bowl against a Big Ten team.
The SEC winner will likely get West Va. Or South Fla??? in the Sugar.
If we had lost today it would have hurt bad, but I can stand a loss to Bama much better than Auburn, Tennesse or Fla. Bama put the SEC on the national map years ago.
