I made this observation in another thread. OU and bama. . .two crimson-colored, arrogant, supposedly storied programs that didn't win their conferences. . .coming to the dome for a beat-down by the Tigers. Deja vu.
ESPN talking heads just mentioned that (were Bama to win) there would still be good reason to dispute their claims as best team in the land: 1. loss to LSU in regular season in Tuscaloosa, 2. did NOT win their conference. Point is moot, though. In a couple of hours LSU D will be taking names & kicking asses.
