    Barry Sanders or Jim Brown. I also think Marshall Faulk should make the top 15.

    Jim Brown gets the nod as best running back.

    Best ever, overall? Brown is high on the list.

    Honestly, I'd move Jerry Rice over him now. Brown had a short career by his choice, Rice had a long and productive career. His records blow away all other receivers. He's got super bowl rings, I think 4, spanned Montana to Young. Guy was money every year.

    Yeah, Rice is the only player that was clearly the best player at his position. There were many great RB's that you can't really pick one. Jim Brown may be that but he was running over defensive players that were smaller than him...not his fault because he still would have dominated in this age and he didn't play that long. If he would have played longer, maybe I would put Brown at #1.

    Ok I can agree with you on Brown but you might not put Rice at 2 is :eek:. Who would you put at 2?

    I might be inclined to put the QB who threw him the ball #2. Rice put up great numbers, but damn he played 20+ years.
