    Did not know he was living in Louisiana now. I wonder if he could make a case his bad heath is due to being exposed to a tree/weed killer ?

    Sounds about right. Exposes himself to tree killer poisoning AU oaks, then claim poor health because of it and receive SSN disability benefits.
