Most people can't stand eggs and bananas. That's why you lay them on their side.:hihi:

My mom occasionally puts boiled eggs in crawfish etouffee and gumbo...not always though. I personally like shrimp and okra gumbo the most. I am hoping the weather channel is right for Sunday and it drops to like 40 degrees because I plan on making some.

Also, not sure about anyone else but where there is gumbo, there must also be potato salad. The next question becomes, potato salad on the side or in with the gumbo?

And...I hate bananas, too. It must be because I can't "stand" them.

You are potassium deficient. Knock 2 hours off of your life span.

I prefer mine on the side. Damn Stacey! More eggs.

    Exactly,

I need the file in the gumbo, thats a must and key ingredient.
Also, I dont need any potato salad, give me some garlic bread or crackers(not the kind youre thinking of) and Im good to go.

Two whole hours? I'll take my chances. Oh, and, naturally, I don't like potato salad, either--but my parents don't think one can eat gumbo without out it. Take it from me, it IS possible.

I've been wondering what Dan Quayle has been up to. Good to see you on here! I didn't know you were a Tiger fan!
