Anyone who heard the end of that game, along with the overtime, would know by now...If he can get over that ridiculous negativity he always spews... He beat the pants off of Hawthorne...The emotion at the end really put you there...
I really like Hanagriff, but I thought he was being overly dramatic for a team that really hasn't accomplished anything yet.
He's far and away my favorite radio guy, but wow, did he have a coronary at the end or what? I thought for a minute that we just beat UNLV to win the NCAA Tournament, circa '91!
I've always loved his emotion... I really enjoy his baseball announcing and everything he does. I don't think he is overly negative. A lot of the time he tells it like it is, which as an aspiring journalist, I can tell you this is a positive trait to have.
Chris Berman put Drexel on Sports Center's Sunday Edition of Top 10 plays...If he thinks it's exciting, I guess that blows the whole "hasn't accomplished anything" caveat for pre-empting excitment... I guess he should have Ben Steined when the zebras were going to gank that game for Arky? Should he have monotoned when Davis rejected and got that laserbeam out to Hudson for the lead? Give me a break...I'm not a Brady fan...and his lack of depth-due to his own problems with players-will catch up to him...But that was an exciting game...and it's been two in a row...
not sure id annoint him that title but it sure seems like someone changed his tune tonight. maybe he got a little bit. he was excited throughout. he must read tf's like everyone else or maybe he posted under scrappy. props to honeybun for a great call.
