My first LSU game was in the late 80's (I was born in '82) when they came to the Superdome to play Toolame. I was rooting for LSU while my dad and his friend were rooting for Toolame (they were graduates of that place). I couldn't believe (at the time) how many more LSU fans there were than Toolame fans. Oh yeah, and Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday. Born in 1963 and can remember tailgaiting with my Grandfather at his motorhome as a young kid and sitting right on top of the south/east tunnel. Still have his 18 tickets mid court and 5 rows off the court for basketball.....not even Dale Brown was succesful in his efforts to get these tickets! So, LSU has been in my family for a very long time and I wouldn't have it any other way as my kids love it as much as I did. Happy Birthday Joe! I think I am the same as everybody else. I was born in 80 and every picture of me as a kid involved some kind of LSU clothing.
