Do we? Maybe because we started Mardi Gras? :yelwink2::yelwink2::grin::thumb:

We have parades every day/night throughout the season.

Anyways, parades get rolling here at 10:30. Happy Mardi Gras!

I live on the Ms Gulf Coast and we have a pretty big Mardi Gras. I enjoy listening to the Louisianians and the Mobilites argue over where Mardi Gras started. I find it very hard to believe that it started in Mobile...but they are VERY adamant about it. They also call Fat Tuesday "Joe Cain Day" which is stupid. I will give Mobile credit though.....they do Mardi Gras pretty damn big. I work in Mobile and they have parades every single day and night for 2 weeks downtown leading up to "Joe Cain Day".

Just got finished with my office Mardi Gras party and they loved it!!! The cake was great and everybody really had a lot of fun with the beads. I also made them some red beans and rice for lunch so they could get the true meaning of being a cajun!!!
