    Tiga, it's OK that I eat raw Red Snapper. They serve it up in Sushi joints every day. My Red Snapper is the same thing....except FRESHER b/c I just pulled it out of the water a few hours beforehand!:)

    If he's anything like me, Cajun Sensation's belly is prolly always full of alcohol when he's cleaning his fish after the trip so that may kill the harmful bacteria. :hihi:
