The LSU-Oregon State matchup was the most-watched football game on cable television in 2004. The broadcast had a 3.3 rating (2.9 million households). According to lsusports.net LSU beat out the Super Bowl?
Only 2.9 million households? What in the hell was everyone else watching? Evidently, there are many households with severely mixed up priorities in this country...
do they count the 3 or 4 I have on of the game or just one? or the 4 BB has on? lol i always thought the nielsen ratings were bs. anyone have a clue about this stuff? its like exit polls to me.
My understanding is that they have neilson boxes assigned to random homes ....I have not known a person or known a person that knew a person that had one, though.
