Wow, just read the article about Harris getting death threats after the Wisconsin loss. What a great way for these so called proud LSU fans to behave.

It happens everywhere, LSU isn't the only place that has a hand full of idiots that can't control themselves.

Where else has a starting player received death threats?

Everyone major university. Anyone online in any public position gets threats on the regular. It's just a matter if people actually take these idiots seriously. I wouldn't.

I have yet to see a link to another player receiving a death threat. In today's crazy society, I wouldn't rule anything out. Particularly in Louisiana.

Google is your friend. In about 2 minutes I found several football players in college, plus pro football, basketball, soccer, tennis, rugby, baseball and others.

Etlings job for next 2 years unless he implodes. We have not seen this level of poise, pocket presence, and athleticism in a long time at LSU. As he gets more comfortable he should just get better. If I had a son that was a top QB prospect given the non development of QB's under Miles I would not send him to LSU as long as Miles was the coach. If Harris does not get his job back by the end of the year, he should transfer.

Sadly, I've been saying that for several years now. The least they could do was send him to the Manning Passing Academy and pay for him to stay all summer. :D

THEN, since Miles can't coach up a QB, they should make him pay the $500.00 per day out of his effing salary.
