I just heard it on Lunch With Les. Miles said Harris's play has warranted that he take first snaps vs Auburn. When asked why he departed from his usual procedure and named starters so early in the week he said that both AJ and Brandon needed to know

I'm glad he didn't drag it out. It's truly the only decision he could make.

Harris is our best chance. He will probably struggle but there is no denying his talent and how the team responded to him Sat night.

Get him the start. Let's ride him for a few games. Let's be patient and watch this young fellow blossom in front of our eyes.

What if he lights Auburn up , their defense was not exactly stellar last year and i haven't really watched them play this season but i think he has a break out game and the BH era at LSU will truly begin

CBS sports is reporting this as well. Just hope people don't start trashing him too if he doesn't live up to these crazy expectations put on him.

With CLM's announcement that Harris is starting....

I'd say our chances of victory increased by, what... 10% Izzy?

Right. He's a true freshman starting his first SEC game on the road, so tempor your expectations people. He will struggle at times as he learns, but make no mistake, he is the future.

Exactly. In the last 4 minutes of the M State game and for 3 quarters against NM State we witnessed a star being born. I just have a feeling that he is ready to step on the biggest stage and shine as brightly as a Johnny Football or even Famous Jameis. Start thinking of catchy nicknames now.
