He still has 2 years of eligibility left. Give him more time before you call his career a disappointment. Based on what he has done up til now, NO WAY.
Career so far is the question... not total career... I think JR still has alot of decision making skills to learn... very Rohan Davey-ish... I also think he would have been much more highly rated had there not been so many drops last year...
JR was the SEC offensive player of the year and did well not to have a running game due to injuries to LSU's two top running backs. Without Addai, Flynn wouldn't have had a good Peach Bowl. Jimbo simplified the O for Flynn, too. I believe RP surpasses Flynn, as the number two; however, I don't see him replacing JR until he goes NFL. I believe JR will be a better pro QB than college.
mrx is the disappointment. He comes here and makes single posts with a controversial tltle just to get his website link seen. He never hangs around for the discussion. But he'll be back with another post soon.
