    dandy is considered media.

now bush is 100% a booster because in the eyes on the ncaa he is a proffesional becuase he signed with an agent. If anybody doesn't believe me then please consult the rule book. im 1000% sure on this. and it was illegal for bush to call kw, but not if they were friends or if kw called him. however bush can't try to sway kw either way unless maybe they were friends before. Not 100% on the last part, but the other is fact.

I wasn't sure if Dandy Don would qualify as "media" or not.

But another questions comes up. The part about coach O pushing for USC is just rumor. But, if it is true, how is that viewed in terms of legality?

That raises an interesting question. What if you are both a booster and a member of the media?

I would think schools would want them to stay away from the recruits, or at the very least, have some sort of record of the conversation.

look dandy is considered media. its plain and simple. just like mikeS is he is too. doesn't matter if he is a booster also unless he tries steering the recruit to a certain school.

about that fag coach O its not illegal what he is doing. Bobby bowden did it this year with spiller. it is frowned upon though but not illegal.

If it is so plain and simple, then something tells me some schools would use boosters disguised as media, especially if media is defined as someone with a website.

Not suggesting Dandy Don is doing that, but it's not hard to believe that would be happening ... and for all I know, it might be.

well like i said its against the rules for dandy to try to sway a recruit. no member of the media is allowed to sway a recruit.

Thats why i hope LSU people just back off and let him decide. We dont need to have this kid get us on probation.

If we lose him we lose him but we dont need NCAA people looking at us and find some of our boosters did something to get him.

Keiland isn't answering the phone when Dandy or Mike S call anyway. So it really doesn't matter.

If you're a member of TAF, then you are considered a booster. When I first joined TAF, I received my membership packet in the mail and in it, there was an entire form outlining the definition of "booster" ....and at the end, it clearly stated that as a member of TAF, I am one.

I wish I still had it (the membership packet) so that I could relay some of what it had said....but alas....I don't....
