Tuberville is hoping our bus flies off a bridge on the way there so he can finally say that he dominated LSU.

I agree DD. I can't believe the SEC is leaving the postponement of this game entirely up to Auburn officials. I still believe and will continue to do so until I'm proven wrong that CBS will have a major say so in the event being postponed.

I would like to see the game postponed for the obvious reason of people's safety. I live for football season, but having been through Andrew I can see that Ivan has the makeup of being just as horrific a storm, that football takes a back seat to people's safety and well-being. I imagine being JaMarcus Russell or any of the New Orleans are players and trying to keep their focus on game plan material is extremely difficult while worrying about family and friends getting out of town safely.

But we've never known the NCAA or SEC do anything that makes a lot of sense. I just hope the folks at Auburn take into consideration their players and fans as well as LSU's, despite Teletubby's protest and blantant lack of concern for people.

    I recant my original post

There was a meeting at LSU discussing the possibilities of cancellation.

But, there is a dark side of me that hopes it is cancelled and is rescheduled for Nov. 6th. I will be in Vegas that weekend.

I will go apesh*t in the casino, watching LSU - Auburn with money bet on LSU.

If that damn Ivan hits near Baton rouge it won't be just Auburns decision I promise you that. If it's unsafe to travel in Louisiana or the roads or closed there will not be a game.

Just saw an update on the weather channel and that rascel Ivan is suppose to be around Auburn on SATURDAY morning.

As a side note Alexandra Steel get my vote as Hot weather babe. I believe she is the one on in the mornings around ten. Sorry no photos.

Yeah no way that game gets played, especially with the early afternoon start of 2:30.

you are a lot more confident than I am that this game will be postponed. Teletubby wants this game on Saturday no matter what. He thinks he's got everything going for him - LSU doesn't play well in inclimate weather, AU's playing well and has played an SEC opponent, LSU has a QB battle going, LSU's players distracted by the storm - He thinks LSU is vulnerable right now and knows that Saban's teams progressively get better as the year goes on. He doesn't want to have to face the Tigers later in the year especially knowing his schedule later in the season and LSU's right now. Teletubby will put a lot of pressure on the AU officials to play the game Saturday.

Teletubby does not get to decide when the game is played. Don't worry the right thing will be done and the game will be moved. I am sure SEC officials are talking with both schools and CBS right now about the game. The Interstates are all backed up right now in Bama because of evacuees. It will be a travel nightmare for fans to make it to the game even if they have electricity. It will take a least a week just to get power back up on the coast of Bama. I have Family in Jacksonville who just got strong wind and rain from Francis and the schools have been closed for at least a week due to power outages.
