I have had some threads deleted but I really don't care.

I am not sure why some people get up in arms (not saying YOU batgirl but others) when their thread is deleted.

I know the mod didn't do it to intentionally hurt me...

I understand MarineTiger. I tried not to take it to heart but I was just curious. I should have PMed Brett and asked but I didn't. I will if it ever happens again (which I pray it won't.)

I never had a thread removed. Oh, I did have one deleted for telling someone that they were mad b/c their sister slept with a black guy. Go figure?

Well if we could finally hold a seminar teaching people how to title threads properly, this could have been avoided.

I say delete every thread that is titled (as examples):

    "Hey, look at me!"
"Come see what I just posted"

or threads with ellipsis ending the title, or any incomplete sentences

They are merely cheap attention grabbers for those posters who more than likely think no one will read their thread/post if they titled it properly, and usually for good reason.

Oh and if someone posts a duplicate thread and it has been at least 5 minutes between threads (since there are legitimate times people post same thread simultaneously), and the duplicate thread is on the first page of threads, that person should be banned for the rest of the day.

That will prevent people from being so damn lazy not to even look on the first page of threads to see if what they are about to post is already there.

Adding bans on "Inside Information" from people with sub-10 posts would be nice too.
