Okay, so what does that leave for the rest of the players? Can they sign anything other than minimum contract guys?

Mike Miller hasn't formally signed yet and he will make more than league minimum, probably around 5 million but may take less now that everyone else is and he and one reason Haslem stayed is because of how close he is with Miller.

Pat Riley is the man for somehow making all this work.

Okay, so LBJ and Bosh at 14.5, Wade at 14, Udonis Haslem at 4. That's $47M. Mario Chalmers is still on the team at about a mill. That's $48M. I guess with the jump in the cap, they have $10M, left to use. This might actually work out for them. The increase in the cap coupled with Wade, James, and Bosh taking about 2 million less each, gave them an extra $10m-$12m.

So they are going to win an NBA championship with Mario Chalmers, Haslem and Miller?

Ha, no, but it's a lot better than what I thought they would have.

seems like they need to draft like boston and get good contributors like rondo and davis for cheap.

I was thinking about purchasing some Chuck Taylor high tops and coming out of retirement to go try out. Because they are not going to fill out a 15 man roster with 10 million left in cap space...

    So hell I have a shot...:hihi:

No one thought they would have these types of players around the big 3 in their 1st year and the minimum on the roster is 13 (12 active and 1 inactive).
