On my drive in I was listening to sports talk radio and the guy from Rivals100.com was on doing an interview.

    He said about LSU

"LSU got EVERY player in their state they offered. Which is just amazing"

I thought I would share, he said the one kid who went to Miami LSU never offered....

When the guy on the radio told him. "It appears National Titles make a big difference since you have USC and LSU #1"

He responded. Well yes but LSU was #1 last year coming off a Cotton Bowl loss and an 8-5 season....

    In short

Look at the last two years (Based on who you read)

LSU has had 2 #1 classes, and a National Title...

Its great to be a Tiger.

Yah, I think the only two players in the top 15 we didnt sign was Derron Thomas and Ja'Kouri Williams as they went to Miami and Tennessee respectively. We didn't pursue or offer those two. What a great year to be a Tiger!!

No. He was a preseason top 15 player in the state, but the emergence of a few other players pushed him out.

Yes, he was preseason very high. He had a very dissappointing year. He lost some of his speed as he gained weight. He is still a good pick up for Auburn, but I'm not sure he would be top 15 in the state if they were to rank them today.

DD is correct, he committed to LSU a very long time ago. BUT as time progressed both he and LSU sort of lost interest because of the Baby Bengals at RB. In short he probably would have never seen a snap until possibly his senior year...

So LSU and he agreed he should look elsewhere. So he chose Auburn...
He should do well there.. But just no room for him at LSU.
