    The way I heard it, an LSU grad was in a high position at Clemson (AD, President, something) and since they were also the Tigers he used some of the LSU traditions like Death Valley, their version of Tiger Rag (which stinks), etc.

    Who knows, though. It may be an urban legend, although it does make sense.

    I seriously doubt that. He is a head coach, but I think (hope) Bertman meant HC at a major program (which Tulane is certainly not).

    No thanks we would prefer to have a coach who doesn't think the forward pass is a trick play....
