1. I think Herbie's flip has more to do with the reason why Gameday is not at SEC sites. They screwed up on Saturday by trying to push for Notre Dame, and now the writing's on the wall that LSU will be the team picked.

Now that this is the case, they are trying to start the spin job that LSU is a great team and should be picked up by the Rose so that it will (they hope) starting getting the nation interested in seeing that matchup. It's all about pimping their game, Kirk's no more on our bandwagon now than he was on Saturday.
  2. For starters...I don't believe Corso and Herbie are THAT STUPID too believe ND was better than LSU/Fla last Saturday. Theyre are just ESPN's puppets.
  3. Flip flop or not, I'm happy for the pub. Kirk actually said, "LSU-Michigan just sounds good, it's the matchup everyone wants to see". Nice!
  4. I like Chris Fowler he isnt nearly as biased as Herbstreit or to a lesser degree Corso. Fowler often speaks highly of LSU and other SEC teams when they are trying to tear them down for the Big Ten. Although Corso has often called LSU the best two loss team in the country.
  5. If you will recall Herbie picked Miami to be the national champion this year. Instead they go to some computer chip bowl. Way to go Herbie, watch out or you may land yourself on the Island of Misfit Toys !!!
  6. have I ever mentioned that I don't like ESPN? I really don't. Other than watching select games, I haven't watched ESPN in years. Worthless.
  7. May and Herbie are just trying to save face. They must realize how stupid they sound each week. Them two jack-offs flip flop more times than Mario Lopez at a whorehouse.

  8. Wow--- musta been an AU fan for giving me red for this post. Maybe I shoulda typed it slower and use crayons...
  9. Yeah, these traditions need to die off. We have entered a new era in college football, and old habits die hard. Let it go, Mr. Kornheiser, just let it go. It'll be ok.

Can you just imagine the hoopla surrounding a Cal vs. Michigan game? They would get a 1.3 TV rating.
  10. "Bangwagon?"

I think that's what I called the car I drove in college.
