I thought DOTB's post was pretty clever (and funny).

By the way, pleading intoxication is not a defense here. Trust me. I know.

    What a Dumb@ss?

Just like they thrived when they played USC and Michigan.:hihi: :hihi:

Just like they thrived when they almost lost to MSU and UCLA when they were given big spreads.

I think lots of red might go well to match the color of this dude's bloodshot eyes

    Just a thought.

I think he makes a good point of ND being a big underdog and wanting to prove something. LSU could also be overconfident with all the hoopla they have been receiving. That said, no reason what so ever to pick ND in an upset. Its just Herbie, being Herbie and clinging to the Big Ten/northern team. I know ND isnt a Big Ten team, but they might as well be. All they play is Big Ten teams, USC, and the armed force teams.

I think people forget that we were pretty banged up the last couple of games. Without Beckwith and a healthy Daniels, we're not as good defensively. I don't know about Highsmith's status but if our LB corps is healthy and if Sanders can step it up, then we will be very stout. I think what will kill ND is our pass rush. This will probably be Glen Dorsey's last game so I expect to see him in the backfield often.
