I think he's absolutely right as to how it will end up. As far as my thoughts, I think we're ahead of Mizzou but if you make me be objective, I have to say, right now, Bama is in front of us. But it really doesn't matter because we play one another.
Alabama has the best win of anyone so far, considering that Ohio State really sucks. Saban is doing a REALLY good job with Bama.

That bowl lineup would make me take a gun to my head. Not a single matchup I would want to watch. Thank God it's still early in the season.
Look at our History at #1 or #2. Being Ranked #1 or #2 and play SEC every weekend? Tough row to hoe..... I'll take #4 or #5 and just keep winning and be the Dog for Bama week, if Bama's head doesn't explode before then. Then you make the dash to the finish......:wave:
Isn't that the truth? I'll say if USC, Notre Dame, OU or Ohio State won the NC game last year they would be sure to point out that they are the defending champions. Funny how that works!:tigereye:
Based on who we played and how close it was and how Bama blew out UGA at their home I think this is fair.
Bama stll has to play the Vols @ Knoxville. I know the Vols suck this yr but they did last year and wound up in the SEC CG. Bama may look ahead to us and wind up like the gators, losing to an unranked team. It happens in the SEC ALOT. Remember the teams we thought we'd beat last Year? Our boys need to focus on our next opponent U of F, and not worry bout the tide. :tigereye: on :crystal:
bama ahs to play a ranked kentucky team next week. should they lose? no. but in tuscaloosa coming back to reality quickly enought to prepare is not so easy.
