We don't have a divine right to be in the Top 5. We're losing key players on the offensive and defensive lines, both relative positions of strength. That's not to say their replacements won't fill in just fine, but that's why this is a PRE SEASON pick. This is an even numbered year, which results in tough road games in the baddest conference in the land -- by a comfortable margin.
Texas lost a number of good players...most importantly, VY. They won't finish in the top 10 next season...you heard it here first!!!! :thumb:
it's entertaining, in sort of a strange way, watching Herb and Lee suck on big-media-market's erections.
I think they lose to Ohio St & Oklahoma. They will not be a great team, but the Big 12 has turned into a joke. Who else could they possibly lose to in order for them to not even make the top 10?
LOL - Good point on the Big XII. They have most definitely transformed into one of the worst BCS conferences for football. I think A&M could take them any given year...but you are right. They probably have the easiest schedule of any of the preseason top 10. HOWEVER, I stand by my original convictions!!! No top 10 for UT next season (when it's all said and done)!!!
Because it say what everyone whats. At least most on this board. A genius must have made the second one.:yelwink2:
I remember in 2003 when we played... these were the gameday picks Georgia at home Heb-Georgia Corso-LSU Winner:Corso Georgia in Atlanta Heb-Georgia again Corso-LSU Winner:Corso Oklahoma in New Orleans Heb-Oklahoma Corso-LSU Winner: Corso Though that was just a couple of games we see that Hebstreit is a f***** ****** ****** who needs to go find another team because Auburn and USC aren't working.
Care to put money on it? :yelwink2: Ahhh... A&M. I used to have faith in them. You do realize that Franchione is 0-6 vs UT & OU, right? Next year will be no different. Ole' Fran might have 2 seasons left before they kick his @$$ to the curb.
