You must have left early because I heard that after Steinbrenner handed Saban the blank check A-Rod ran in and slapped the check out of his hand. A-Rod claims it was a natural running motion but the replay clearly shows he had malicious intent... All of these rumors really crack me up because Coach Saban told me at breakfast this morning that he intends to coach the rest of the year at LSU and then depart Baton Rouge to fulfill his lifelong dream of being a shepard - he plans to return to the hills of West Virginia where he will gather a flock of sheep and tend to them. How do you like them apples?
You guys are SO wrong. A certain guy all of you have heard of stood on that MOUNTAIN TOP and told SABAN that he could have all the land to the east and all of the land to the west under certain conditions, apparently still being debated.
OK...to put it to end. Coach Saban is not leaving LSU...ever. But he will coach day games at Florida, LSU at night, go to the Dome and take care of the sidelines for the Saints on Sunday's and then head over to Miami from New Orleans to run the Dolphins. You heard it here first...remember to quote the source when the truth comes to light. Thanks.
i broke the story last week on the Saints/LSU dual job. I didn't know about the UF games but then again it just happened, thanks.
Great Add, BB You're right, I left early. I got wind of another rumor that Jeremy Foley was about to talk to Jackie Sherrill about becoming the Gators new recruiting coordinator/morale officer.
Well...actually I beat you here... http://www.tigerforums.com/showpost.php?p=94222&postcount=47 Be sure to look at the date... :hihi:
Yeah I heard something like that too but a big lion told him he gets everything te light touches except for show shadowy area. The deal went sour when Mike supposedly ate the lion.
Saban will be around for another four years or so.. .then he's got his sights set on bigger things..... And of course the secretary of defense will be Will Muschamp....
