Well if it's the Oregon-Oklahoma fiasco from 2006 you mean, they were Pac-12 refs. They all got suspended for a week by the Pac-10 office. Probably all found wonderful deals on new cars a month later as well. Yea. I bet Alabama fans would LOVE to see SEC refs in the NC game. And I'd like to recant that part where I said SEC refs in a non-SEC bowl game might be pretty good after the FIP bowl.
Thanks. I thought it was Big 12. Even still, I didn't realize it was that far back (dam time flies). If we have to go back 5 years to find a controversial call, that, in itself, says a lot. We could probably find several each year with SEC officials. I can almost go ahead and predict AT LEAST one in either the LSU/Bama or LSU/Auburn games next year. :hihi:
Oh, they don't average 1 bad call every 5 years. It's just that that one was REALLY bad, involved a Big 12 as requested, and stuck out in my mind. There are others.
SEC Officals should call the game We are used to them , and we know most of the time they are right , even if we don't like the call.
Can you really buy roll tide toliet paper? What a great stocking stuffer. Everyone I know would love a roll.
