Welcome. You have come to the right place to talk sports. The forum is well managed and alot of good talk.
Yep, this is a pretty good place. Every now and then it smells like a bag of asses, but that's just when to many Auburn folks hang here at one time. Other than that
So, Milo - what are your expectations for Tennessee this year? What do you think about ya'lls preseason rankings?
I honestly thin 3rd is a bit too high. 5th or 6th suits me better, but the voters will vote what they think anyways. The trips to LSU and Florida are a b***h... It scares the crap out of me, but in the unlikely chance we make it through 2-0, chalk us in for the Rose Bowl. I'm expecting 1-1 though, with a close loss to LSU just on account of you guys having homefield. I expect it to be a preview of the SECCG too, I'm thinking UT and LSU will be playing eachother in Atlanta. We are strong all-around, lots of talent at WR, my boy Ainge is a talented QB, and we're legitimately four-deep at RB Gerald Riggs leading, coming off showing up Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams in last year's SECCG. The line isn't perfect, but I think it should be able to get the job done and our talent at skill positions can get the rest done. As for defense, I firimly believe we have bar-none the best defensive line in the country, a solid (but not spectacular) LB group, and revamped d-back play after an embarassing pass defense last season.
I take our D-Line over anyone's but... we do agree that at this point Tenn is overrated :hihi: We have a fairly decent streak of beating you in big games, and hope to continue to do so again this year:geauxtige
Maybe. This year is too close to call. And for the record, Florida is the most overrated team in the SEC East. Media's Train of thought "What do you get when you put together three consecutive 5-loss seasons, a coach with 4 years of experience that uses options and a QB that's afraid to take a hit? Surefire BCS Contenders!" Ridiculous
