Worked for Bernie. But how do they know that the mail votes are from real, qualified voters?

The ballots are mailed out to registered voters about three weeks before election day. Inside are,.. a secrecy envelope, which has no name on it,.. the ballot itself with no name on it,.. and an envelop with the voters name and address.

You fill out the ballot, place it in the secrecy envelope, put them in the addressed envelope , and sign the back of the envelope under your name, Mail or drop it off at the courthouse.

On election day the signature is checked with the one on record and then the secrecy envelope is added to the other validated envelopes,.. and you've voted,.. with no record of who or what you voted for.
