I think you have this wrong. Gowdy referred to the 15 emails that she sent to her friend and confidant, Blumenthal. Howdy suggests that they are official emails, Hillary does not.
If she is co-mingling then all emails on that server are subject to FOI. She could exempt personal email only after the contents have been detailed in a privilege log. No privilege log was created. Even then a judge could require them to be released if they don't meet the standard of a privileged communication. As I follow this I find it highly likely some crime was committed
Could be, the way I understood it was that Gowdy was sent the emails, being he is the dog on the hunt it would not bode well for your girl if he was holding emails that she did not turn over. She is going down in flames either way.
This is indeed true, the minute she used that server to conduct official business it stopped being a personal server and ANYTHING on it is fair game.
