any classified info that is not where it is supposed to be. that could be TS info in a S doc, eg. it does not have to get to the public.
i do, and the story is not ludicrous to me. i would guess this is standard for SES level. classification is always a vague concept that largely has to do with context.
clearly talking out of your ass and reguritating politico articles. try a little humility. no one can know everything. again, info does not have to be public for there to be spillage (one type of improper handling of classified information).
