The STATE department retroactively classified many of her e-mails that were not previously considered classified by the STATE department, mostly for the purpose of releasing them to the public and redacting anything that might reveal state secrets to the public. I never said that another agency could change a security classification, only that different agencies have different protocol as to what is and isn't considered classified. You are referring to one thread of emails between she and Jake Sullivan. She was waiting on talking points from her staff, Sullivan said they were having trouble sending them via secured fax so Hillary told him if they couldn't get the fax to work to unmark them and send them to her e-mail. As it turns out the secured fax did work so they never even sent the emails in question. Just pick the subject and I'll continue with your education junior.....

No, I do not. I have said all along that she is in very gray area and it has been politically damaging for her. But I have also maintained that she has done nothing illegal. This isn't a matter of personal preference because she is not my candidate of choice for the democrats. This is about facts and determining whether or not she broke the law.

Because she didn't break the law. If you can produce anything that proves otherwise then please do so. Look, I don't personally care for her either but she didn't break the law. I wish she had because it would mean my guy Bernie would be the presumptive nominee, but wishing for it doesn't make it so.
