Not exactly, others can classify documents and some have the specific responsibility to do so. But I understand what you are trying to say. Of course, that makes it obvious that she wasn't responsible for classifying the documents from Defense, Justice, CIA, NSA, or State Department documents that did not originate from her.
Right, but something is really fishy here, as I pointed out earlier, the Sect of State should have TONS of classified email. I'm even more sure all those "personal " emails she deleted were about Chelsea or Bill. Uh huh.
She carries responsibility for email she transmits. If she (or anyone) forwards a document that should be classified the forwarder has to classify it. One other point that's convienently ignored by her defenders is the assumption she wouldn't know whether or not a document needs classification. That is BS. She has been dealing with sensitive data since she was a senator at least. She knew she was dealing in very sensitive issues and documents. If you have any experience with dealing with sensitive documents either as a private citizen or government employee you would know the sender or forwarder has a responsibility to establish and document's classification. If she didn't she had no place as Sec of State and less as president.

No sport the difference in the way she is lying and playing fast with the rules exceeds normal political exaggeration. People have gone to jails for this sort of action. If these allegations are proved true she is in the same class as Nixon.
They all lie but she is blatantly transparent in her lying. Almost like she doesn't care if somebody catches her untruthfulness.
