Did you read @tirk 's post? It is just another level of classification, basically some really high level NSA shit that anyone at that level would have absolutely NO doubt that it is serious shit and should be protected.
Shane you could conceivable cut and paste, scan, or just retype, even if you could not forward directly. If one is conducting any level of business via an email account, just can't conceive it was being done EFFECTIVELY at the unclass level.
The right-wingers are really, really afraid of Hillary. They will say and do anything to keep her from running. This is a political witch hunt and you just affirmed it. It's all about getting Hillary out of the race.
Red: It is gonna be really hard for any of us to "prove it" since we don't have access to classified material.
Explain. Legally it is ex-post facto. Again, it goes to whether the information was classified at the time. And also, I suppose, to the definition of "divulged". Hillary has released none of this information publicly. No one has yet said that this information was sent by her to someone without clearance. And if it was information divulged to her, well, she had a security clearance. It is being investigated and we will see. Meanwhile much political hay is being made in the absence of all the facts. All I was asking him to prove was that some official was actually on the record with his claim that documents were classified top secret when Hillary sent them. All I have seen cited are "anonymous sources" from McClatchy that suggest this. Both Hillary and the State Department have stated that they were not classified.
From Shane's previous link: I wonder how many she didn't turn over. We'll never know. They have probably put new HDD's in and tossed the old one.
For a pragmatic you are pretty fucking stupid. The info has already been said to have been classified when it left the NSA, so let's assume that this email(s) on her server are no longer classified (her claim) Then someone somewhere stripped the TS tag off. It wasn't the NSA, and if no one did thaT then she has 2 TSSCI emails in a place she is not supposed to have them. Ex post facto doesn't cover illegally altering classified material. Either way she is fucked.
Of course, you can bet your ass all those "personal " emails she deleted were FAR from it. Let's add obstruction to the list.
yeah but anyone afraid of her is a lot less so today than yesterday. or the day before. I did not have textual relations with that server may not hold up.
