Flipping around, caught a portion of the LSU/Georgia game/match/meet. The females on the side were wearing LSU football jersey's to pump up and rally behind. Made me awfully proud to be a Tiger. . .
I watched some of the match Sunday against UGA and those girls are fine! BTW, Tivo's slo-motion is a beautiful thing.
WOW!! I was at the meet against the gymdawgs and saw the girls go into the final rotation sporting the football jersey's. Super Move!! It was also the 6th largest crowd to watch the girls in history. I knew they did not need much to go from three to one but with thousands of moves to perform and a few points can make a difference this is huge. DD has been the Head Coach for 25 years very well deserved. Against the Gymdawgs one of the gymnast blew it on the beam and lost all composure. Instead of pulling her DD got her back in and i think she got a 9.8+ or 9.9 in the final event. Well Needed. :thumb: :geauxtige
D. D. Breaux has been coaching LSU gymnastics for 28 years. She graduated from LSU in 1976. Here is her e-mail address [email protected] Let her know how proud the LSU Nation is of her and the team.
The Softball team has a chance to be #1, too! That's three Lady Tiger teams that I'd like to see live and in person: basketball, softball and gymnastics. Question for the group: Does a guy look too much like a pervert if he brought binoculars to a LSU Lady Tigers gymnastics event?
Lady Tigers Remain No. 1, Unanimous in Both Polls Again Women's Basketball (02/22/2005) BATON ROUGE -- LSU's Lady Tigers basketball team is once again the unanimous No. 1 team in the nation in both the Associated Press and USA Today/ESPN/WBCA polls this week after winning both games last week ....to the surprise of no one.
