Auburn was screwed, any team that runs the table in the best conference in football and does not play for a national title... Bogus. BCS is worse then ever.. Utah vs Pitt ????

Auburn is one of my least favorite teams but I still voted that Auburn got screwed...I'm an SEC guy and I think OU and AU were the two best teams proven on the field, I don't care how much potential or Heisman trophy candidates you have, its all about the way you perform on the field and USC did not look nearly as strong as OU or AU.
I voted screw auburn, however I do feel that they were screwed and are possibly the best team in the country this year... You don't know how hard it is for me to admit that.........
I voted they got screwed even though I hate Auburn. I just doubt very much that either USC or Oklahoma could play LSU, Tenn, Georgia, Alabama and Tenn again in the same season and go undefeated. It is what it is though but it does hurt me for the conference. I still think the SEC is the better conference up and down the roster of teams than any other conference out there. You go undefeated in the SEC and you should be in the National Championship game or at least have a shot at split title. Despite the bumble heads fans/posters at Auburn they where only in one close game all year and that was against us. Against every other opponent they had including Bama and Tenn round II, they put the hammer down when they had too.
What he said. I'm very glad to see an undefeated team from a major conference be left out, because it will add to the BCS controversy. If it had to be an SEC team, I can't think of a team I'd rather it be than Auburned. I could only be happier if it were the teasips who were left out. Perhaps next year!
