The one thing NC was not short on last night was their offensive line. They had everybody at the dance.

And Drake sure pissed in their punch.

Yeah if he continues to play like he did in the first half it could be a very nice year for the D-Line and Mr. Nevis. :LSU231:

It seemed like 92 was in on every play early on.

He had a great game. 4 tackles (3 unassisted), 1 sack, 1 TFL. But that doesn't capture how disruptive he was. Great game for Drake and good to see. Downs did well, also.

Looked a lot like Glen Dorsey out there. Difference is that he doesn't have 3 very good linebackers behind him, nor does he have two 290 lbs. DEs to eat up blockers. Another trend that Miles has brought that I do not like... the change from large defensive ends, who are essentially there to eat up blocks and allow the LBs and safeties to flow to the ball or blitz the QB, to small fast guys who only know how to speed rush and open up huge lanes for the runningbacks.

UNC's center was crapping himself to death halfway through the first quarter.

:geaux: Both played great. Brockers had his moments as well and I hope he plays more. :LSU231:
