1. I don't think anyone can. A young inexperienced QBs best friend is short quick high percentage passes. The passing game is a direct reflection of this coaching staff. You'd have to look long and far to find an offensive staff as clueless about throwing the football as the current LSU staff.
  2. All of those guys learned to put touch on the ball. Hell, even Jamarcus learned to put touch on the ball. Today, it seems as though Brandon is learning.

  3. He not all the way there yet but he took a big step toward growing into the role today.

  4. How many games has Harris played? It would be something if he stays four years and leaves for the nfl as a legit QB. That would set up our next guy for success. I'm also pretty pleased with Jennings coming in for mop up duty. If Les could right the QB ship, watch out.

  5. This is his 6th official start.

I mean, he is also 19. Plenty of time for him to mature.

Key thing is little to no turnovers.
  6. Here was a tweet after the game from Jennings:
    Anthony Jennings @JENNINGSWINNING
Great Game for the Tigers ! It will be scary what we can do if we continue getting better.
  7. After review the interception vs EMU was ruled a fumble. Still no picks for Harris

  8. You know what, I was pretty impressed with Jennings in mop up duty. It's the little things, when he handed the ball off he would continue to drop back like he still had the ball. That was nice to see, especially late in mop up duty.
  9. On fades, circle routes, screens, very short slants, then yes. On balls over 15 yards not so much.
  10. At 15-20 yards you don't want to take too much off the ball. Gives the D more time to react. At that distance the receivers should just catch the damn ball even if its thown hard.
