He kind of reminds me of Jim Haslett right now, or the Iraqi Information Minister. ;)

Nah, that guy never did get it.

You've heard of people who don't KNOW anything? That Iraqi fella didn't even SUSPECT anything. :geaux:

I am still 100% a CLM supporter! He didn't get "lucky" last year he had the seniors to go out and make the plays when we needed them.

The only thing that would get me to lower my support for CLM is if he doesn't clean house on the defensive side of the ball. I don't think there is any doubt this ain't working.

I agree Texas Tigers. Every good team has had a bad year or two....we honestly don't know if this is a beginning of a Larry Coker/Phil Fulmer meltdown or if it is more like a Bob Stoops/Jim Tressel blip on the radar/accident of a season.

The best thing LSU fans can do is support Miles, but send him stern messages about how we think the Co-DCs should be fired (If it seems like he is making moves at keeping them, which is not likely IMO).

I agree if he doesnt make radical changes in the off season there will be the "proverbial" fire started under his seat.

There is no reason for next year to be as rough as this year!
I don't buy the young player theory, more is made out of this than needs to be.
I think JJ vs Lee has proven this.
Lets hope so, I don't want to go through a new Gerry Dinardo scenario.

    P&G_wheelz007 Football anyone?

I'm still a 100% Miles supporter, but I won't be suprised if Mallory takes over as DC, and Peveto returns next year as a position coach.

    Wouldn't suprise me 1 bit.

I still support Les, too. However, will he make radical changes is the $64,000 question. I would have to think he knows he as to do something about the defense. I think there's plenty of talent on offense, and once the QB's have the experience, that will fall into place, at least to the extent that you're playing not to lose at the end of a game you could have run by running out the damn clock. I just hope Les realizes he can only be loyal to a certain point, then changes gotta be made.

If CLM does this I would be very very disappointed. The whole system is bullchit with out the right guy here to run it. I truely believe we could do better just running a base defense than what we have now.

I think this year is showing Miles he can't fly by the seat of his pants, like last year, and stick with "it" (Lee, defensive scheme, etc) no matter what. There were no changes made all season... until Lee got hurt.

    That is troubling.
