Always hated changing a working strategy until the situation dictated the shift. On offense and defense I have always much preferred keeping the pedal pressed and train rolling as opposed to playing not to lose. But if the W's pile up, I don't care if you eat grass.
I agree with your point about Guidry getting snaps but your memory is faulty. Sorry but bama beat us when Guidry started. It also showed why Hodgson was the starter.
