TCU's baseball coach, Jim S, yesterday. Was in town recruiting before their series against CSF this weekend. He was really cool guy, and I can tell you 2 things: he's really confident his Hornfrogs are going to make a push for a National Title, and he has A LOT of respect for the Tigers. I asked him what was his, if any, impression of the Tigers this yr. He responded with "great as always, very dangerous, and probably not getting as much credit as they should." He said, " based on the recruiting CPM has accomplished, that we have some excellent talent, that now has some seasoning, he wouldn't be surprised if we were right there.
sounds like a nice guy. while in omaha last year, i got to talk to a lot of their fans and as a whole their fans were good sports and seemed to be nice people. they had a really good presence there. and i hope he is right that we are gonna be really dangerous!
