Yes it is up to JJ ! I was in Atlanta for the first game last year and we better be better out the gate than last year. I am looking for the Cotton Bowl plus out of this team and what we saw in the game is what I am looking for. The thing that I do know that is over the next 3 months I will be hearing how Les is a lucky coach and JJ is the worst QB we have ever had.

I would love to see lucky and worst bring me one more BCSNC !

I could see him throwing for 250 yards on 16 of 30 and running for 10. If he does what you said, and gets that many yards running AND passing. The Ducks would be in trouble.

JJ has the ability to be the best QB in the SEC. Anyone who can’t see that is blind. What JJ lacked was the fundamental coaching from the start. It is clear no one worked with him on some of these little, but crucial things. He has flashes, but can’t seem to string together good performances.

To add to JJ’s struggles, the offensive play calling the past 2 years was god awful. I am not even an offensive guy and could have guessed 80% of the plays as I am sure most here can.

The one thing JJ HAS to do above all else this year is LEAD THE TEAM…. Ability aside, the Offense needs to be under his control…… In 2 years, he has yet to lead….
IF JJ can't step upand lead, I just hope we don't wait until we drop a few games to make the switch.....

 

not sure JJ can be the best as he has never shown he can throw 3 passes in a row on target!

if JJ brings what he brought to the Cotton Bowl and Les runs his O like he did in the Cotton Bowl I think we will be fine !!
