LOL national championships. Not sniffing those any time soon. Lets start with finishing above 3rd in the West for a few years.
And for the record, there are a number of College NC QB's on NFL rosters and those that made NFL rosters. Just going back 10 years, I think every single NC QB got drafted. SO yea or will be. Be fucking real. Mental capacity once in the NFL is another story.
No we do not agree. Don't try to put words in my mouth. I answered you and you simply refuse to listen. What a shock.

Dude, quarterbacks are drafted all the damn time. Akili Smith was drafted for Christ's sake. Do you have to have a future NFL stud at qb to win in college. No you don't and history proves that. Isn't the point championships? Can you read or even deduce what the fuck Twisted and I were discussing? Ok I'll prove you wrong. Again, you don't have to have a future NFL starter to win a championship. NFC South Newton (the anomaly, won a national championship) Drew Brees - never competed for one. Matt Ryan - never competed for one Mccown - never competed for one NFC West Russell Wilson - never competed for one Arizona - insert quarterback here, but Carson Palmer won one however is a middle of the road to lower level starter in the league. Kaepernick - never competed for one, middle of the road to lower level starter in the league. Sam Bradford - played for a championship, lower level starter. NFC North Aaron Rodgers - never sniffed one Stafford - never sniffed one Cutler - never sniffed one Bridgewater - never sniffed one NFC East Foles/Sanchez - never sniffed one Romo - never sniffed one The Turd and Cousins - never sniffed one Eli - never sniffed one AFC South Mettenberger/Locker/Whitehurst Never sniffed one except when Mettenberger was a 3rd string qb. Mallet/The Houston Cougar dude/Fitzpatrick - never sniffed one Andrew Luck never sniffed one Bortles never sniffed one AFC West Kansas City - Alex Smith and Chase Daniel were close to a national championship but neither would be considered a good NFL qb, both are serviceable. Manning never won a national championship David Carr or Derek whichever Carr never sniffed one neither did Schaub Rivers never sniffed one AFC North Big Ben never sniffed one Flacco maybe he won a division 2 championship hell I don't know Dalton nope Manziel/Hoyer nope AFC East Brady - was a backup to a championship qb Brian Grease how was his pro career? Manual - nope Tannehill - nope Smith - nope LSU won 2 championships with guys who may have gotten drafted, Mauck didn't last and Flynn is a career backup. McCarron will be a career backup Newton is a serviceable NFL qb, again he is an anomaly. Jameis he won't last Tebow- how'd that work out? Vince Young how'd that work out Matt Leinart how'd that work out Tee Martin - how'd that work out? Chris Weinke - how'd that work out Craig Krenzel how'd that work out Ken Dorsey how'd that work out Want me to keep going?
Doesn't matter how it works out because that isn't the point. JR had god given talent but was lazy. He could have worked out like many on the list. Getting drafted is a measure of talent. As you know, being successful in the NFL is more than talent. Yes, you want NFL talent at the QB position. Among other things.
I'd settle for some QB development, who's serviceable enough to just move the chains and manage the clock.
I am not sure what you think history has to do with anything. To say you dont want NFL talent at QB is just stupid. Regardless, we aint winning a NC anytime soon so not sure why any of this is a discussion.
