I have been silent for a long time, but, it is interesting . . .

You know what, for a long time I would agree with this too, but it's a message board. Mitch Hedberg once said "you can't make all the people happy all the time and last night all those people were at my show".

LSU fans have tasted championships, there is a want for more. There is a want to beat Alabama. Now you got 4 losses in a row to the gumps and they have lost players to the draft, they have reloaded, what's their excuse? Oh that's right they are in the championship every other year. LSU has the talent to be there, what's the common denominator?

I'm a lifelong Cowboys fan being originally from Texas and still having family in the Dallas and Georgetown area. I am also a Patriots fan as my AFC team since I lived in Maine three different times. Thankfully Upstate New York is almost New England and gets decent Patriots coverage. I know I could never be a Giants or Jets fan and Buffalo well, is Buffalo. I never really understood the hatred of the Cowboys when I was at LSU, maybe it was the inferiority complex of the 'aints. I don't remember it being a big rivalry or anything. I enjoy watching them and love Drew Brees. It has become harder to really dislike any team these days as most have LSU guys I really like playing for them.

I expect both trends to continue.

Well, damn few actually have the Kryptonite to pull it off. The #1 defense in the SEC this season indicates that even the best offensive coaches in the best league in America can't beat it consistently.

I have a question for you Red, why is it that former Tigers are killing it every Sunday in the NFL but Miles couldn't win with them? We consistently produce less with more talent than 99.5% of teams out there. Time for you to wake up! Stats don't lie and Miles has been spiraling down for years and taking our talent rich team with him.

Miles can't beat Saban - doesn't understand that we are LSU "Fighting" Tigers not just the LSU Tigers. What happens to the Defense now? How about recruits following Chavez to A&M from our great State. This is all on Miles.

I wouldn't worry too much about recruits following Chavis. Just wouldn't....

If I remember correctly the pick 6 UT threw in that game sealed us the SECCG.

We would not have been to two national championship games and three SEC championship games if Miles couldn't win. Wise up, podnuh.

Well, I can state with all sincerity that you don't know what you are talking about. You couldn't back that number up to save your life.

I think you are hitting the new years whiskey early.
