You can connect through mIRC by pointing it to

irc.ircstorm.net
Port: 6667
Room: #tigerforums

 

It will work with Firefox if you have Sun java installed.

If you use IE then either java or MSJVM will work, or you could connect with an IRC client such as mIRC as explained above.
