As an LSU fan I must admit that I agree with some of G8R points. I'm not as disturbed about the loss as some for many reasons. 1) I didn't expect for us to go undefeated! 2) What I didn't like more than the loss was the cocky, in your face attitude the players seemed to have after certain plays especially after losing at the time. I couldn't tell you the last time I saw an LSU team taunting the opponent while winning much less losing. Maybe the team and some fans need an attitude adjustment? Hey, It is only one loss but what worries me the most is I don't think it will be the only loss this season. Their are too many questions and not enough answers on the defensive side of the ball and at QB. We gave Florida this game in many ways but I will give them credit. They played a perfect game and were ready to knock off the defending national champions. Btw, I don't think Florida is as good as Florida fans probably do. They have one QB and one WR, I don't know what it says about LSU's defense that they couldn't shut down their only weapon. I also can't figure out how we couldn't run the ball at all on their defense? I'm a happy LSU fan because its not the end of the world or an era, its a bump in the road. This makes me appreciate the years 2003 and 2007 more. Btw, maybe we will have the same record as 2004, maybe its karma?
