I wonder if the binder had an exit strategy if Eaux fucks up. Like he'll gracefully peace out if it isn't working rather than drag it out like Miles (maybe you shouldn't be so free with the extensions and raises, Alleva).

 

That's the thing that boggles the mind. Why did Alleva do that extension? Who the hell was going to poach him this year without him proving himself? Give it a year or two then offer an extension if warranted. Alleva needs to geaux!
