35 pts per game over the last 5 and something close to 500 yds per game.

I think USC wins going away in the second half. Maybe the first half will be close but Southern Cal has way too much talent.

    USC - 34
    Va Tech - 13

If the team that beat the Canes last year shows up, they win. If the team that loss to WV last year shows up, they lose.
If they don't just roll over for the mighty Trojans, they got a shot. :) :) :)

The bottomline is its College football.

Anything can happen and with all the USuck hype if they believe it and get wrapped
up in what everyone says they will lose.
I also think they will lose because I know Pete Carroll doesn't run his ship the same
    way as Nick Saban.

    VT has little chance

I live in VA, so I see alot of VT games and hear a lot of news. I don't think they have enough athletes to compete with USC. They only chance they have is if Bryan Randal can get hot, and the defensive line can play way over their heads.

With the losses of Kevin Jones, DeAngelo Hall, and Marcus Vick this year, they just don't have the firepower to compete with the top programs. I see this as more of a rebuilding year for VT.

USC could lay an egg, I know its not likely but we've seen it before with top 10 teams
in the past and all the hype surrounding them.
    Plain and simple.

    College football....anything possible...

its also first game of the season

va tech had some injuries late last year on defense. Their defensive line is actually deeper this year and will be going up against a very unexperienced line. Va tech's is very strong in their front seven, but their secondary is the question mark on defense. Now usc is very inexperienced at wr and is going to be starting a true freshman at wr. across from steve smith. They lost herscal dennis to injury. That being said, usc is still very talented and should still win the game. I think va tech will cover though.

Yeah, Herschel Dennis sprained his cock in a post curfew gang-bang last week. We read it in the LA times :dis:
