I just can't help but think that having Landrieu as the chair of the energy committee is a good thing and something we need to hang onto. The republicans will probably get the senate but even if they don't, it doesn't matter because it's a gridlock either way with an (R) house and (D) president. Plus, Cassidy hasn't blown me away. I think she loses but she has my vote today and in the runoff.
I watch foxnews as much as I watch msnbc, which is to say never. I find CNN to be the most unbiased, although not perfect.
well, while we are in the spirit of voting confessions, I voted for a Republican today for my local NC house seat, Chuck McGrady. Good guy who does good work for our area and a moderate in every sense of the word.
I voted for a democrat the last school board election. Well...she is one of my best friends. Oddly enough, many of my very close friends are democrats. I think I hate all politicians on a state/national level. The local politicians are the ones who probably go into it to really help their communities.
