Tulane covered their a$$ and submitted a SR bid for both Zephyr Field and Turchin Stadium. My guess is that the NCAA will choose the Zephyr bid.
' there was something on the radio weeks ago saying the regional bid was for turchin and zephyr would be available for a super. not sure how that works.
